I buy BROMELIA plants in bloom, and cut them off when they dry, lots of new shoots grow but I cannot get any to bloom again, should I feed them?

Bromeliads only flower once. You need to encourage and find the little new growths on the plant.

Wait until the parent plant is nearly dead to remove the new growths or if they are growing large and look like they will root (strong and green looking). For the first 2-4 weeks after repotting offsets, enclose them in a plastic bag to maintain humidity and encourage roots - avoid the soil getting too wet. The offsets should flower in their first year.

Hello Kildermorie

Very pleased with your answer, thank you.
The new shoots are ready to replant, can I use the compost they are growing in?

Of course. I find adding some fresh soil with sand helps with drainage though.
