I have a dual Plum tree for five years as yet it has not even blossomed, should we try prunning

We live very near the sea on the South Coast, so frost is not a problem.



Could it be the wind is too cold for it? Try googling and see what growing conditions it likes. You may have to grow another variety or different fruit tree altogether?
