I'm a T.A. In Co Durham and I run our school gardening club and am involved in everything eco. within school. We have on our lower school site, two award winning gardens 'The Flutterby Garden' and 'The five a Day and Play Garden allotment with a 25ft poly tunnel and 3 x 15ft raised beds and 3 further raised beds and a larger Butterfly garden on our upper site. This keeps me pretty flat out, on top of my regular classroom stuff but it keeps ya young you know.
